Furniture Truck Pickup Service Guidelines

Thank you for using the New To You Truck-line. Our truck is currently picking up furniture on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month. At this time we are not picking up furniture inside of houses, condos or apartments. Furniture must have been staged for a period of time in a garage, storage unit, a house that has been vacant for a period of time such as an Estate Sale. Items must be in good condition with no stains, tears, excessive pet hair, excessive wear, water damage and cigarette smoke. We are following CDC Guidelines due to Covid-19. We also require pictures of the furniture to be sent to the truck-line number (708.344.0642). Items we do not take, Armoires, Entertainment centers, single china cabinets and hutches, box springs and mattresses.
